What is Online Personal Training?

Live 1-on-1 training done remotely. You have a plan, we meet on video, and I coach the session in real time.

This is not a random workout video. I am watching how you move, correcting what needs to be corrected, and adjusting the session based on what is actually happening. Some days that means strength. Some days it means mobility, recovery, alignment, or breathwork.

The goal is to make training easier to show up for and harder to waste. Accountability, low friction, structure, and feedback. That’s why it works.
