In Home Tools and Their Use

    FOAM ROLLER

    Trigger Point is my favorite but almost any brand will do. Used for soft tissue manipulation. Sold in a variety of sizes and densities.

    MASSAGE BALLS

    Tune Up Fitness is my favorite but almost any brand, lacrosse ball or tennis ball will do. Used for soft tissue manipulation. More spot specific than the roller; great for the feet.

    YOGA BLOCK

    Gaiam is my favorite but almost any brand or density will do. Probably one of the most versatile tools you can own. Makes for a nice seat too.

    Therabody is my favorite but many other brands will do. I highly recommend buying a quiet one.

    MATS

    Gorilla Exercise Mats are my favorite but almost any will do. Bigger the better; spread out.

    Bands

    Bands with handles used so many ways. I like Spri, almost any brand will do. Helps to have a door anchor.
